Apply for the Ocean Country Partnership Programme Scholarships Mozambique

The Ocean Country Partnership Programme (OCPP) Scholarships Mozambique are funded through the United Kingdom’s Blue Planet fund, offering a great opportunity for Mozambican students to enrol in a fully funded Masters in marine sciences. The scholarships are aimed at scientists and looking at further progressing in the field of marine sciences. These scholarships were launched to support mid-career researchers who wish to produce world-class marine science-related research. 
 
The UK Blue Planet Fund launched the OCPP in partnership with the Association of Commonwealth University, Universidade Eduardo Mondlane and Universidade Lúrio. The scholarships are available for Mozambican citizens applying for MSc in Conservation Biology and Ecology (Universidade Eduardo Mondlane) and MSc in Ecology (Universidade Lúrio). 
 
Applications are now open and will close on the 3rd of January.

Host of the first permanent Ocean Observatory focused on multi-ecosystem time series research in Africa, the Bazaruto Center for Scientific Studies (BCSS) was established in 2017 as in independent, non-profit organisation with a mission to protect and support the fragile ecosystems of the Bazaruto Archipelago, Mozambique. The research station is located on Benguerra Island, off the coast of Mozambique.
