PADI Courses & Diving
The facility is host to a PADI dive center where visitors can obtain open water, rescue and dive master qualifications and/or training.
All visitors wishing to dive at BCSS need to provide existing dive qualifications and paperwork. Those new to diving may sign up to the PADI courses presented here. The center permits a maximum of two dives per day except if visitors are part of a special program such as Media & TV Crews or are conducting personal assignments such as Master, PhD or Senior studies. The BCSS dive center maintains equipment available for rent and can be used across all programs but it is recommended visitors bring their own snorkel, fins, boots, gloves and wetsuit.
In order to conduct a PADI Course at BCSS, visitors must be part of a Volunteer, Student or Senior program that covers accommodation, catering, access to all facilities/projects, boats/vehicles use (with staff) and training.
